Author Talk - Silicon Heartland: Transforming the Midwest from Rust Belt to Tech Belt In-Person

Silicon Heartland describes the spread of Silicon Valley culture across the states and the rise of new tech and entrepreneurial hubs in former industrial regions. It profiles startup founders and their venture investors and details the opportunities and challenges they face outside the long-dominant Silicon Valley. The book is based on an extensive road trip the author took during Covid throughout the Heartland to uncover this new trend.
