Meditation is an effective technique for helping us to feel more balanced in our lives, while reducing stress and improving our attention and focus.

Join Dave Buck for this powerful program and learn a simple meditation technique to bring joy, peace, positivity and relaxation in your daily routine. This program will offer the attendees the opportunity to experience a powerful meditation technique and ask questions about how to use it in your life. This will be explained and practiced during the session. This workshop will help you be better prepared to start the New Year with a fresh practice and approach.
