Caregiver Support Group In-Person
Join us on Saturday, September 20th for the second meeting of our new Caregiver Support Group! This group is geared towards community members who are primary caregivers for loved ones and offers people a safe, supportive environment to discuss the challenges associated with caregiving.
Possible topics of discussion include food resources, transportation options, friendly visitor programs, caring for pets, caring for yourself, how to talk to your loved one’s medical team, and how to cope with aggressive or out-of-control behavior.
We had a great discussion at our first meeting, and expect an even better discussion on September 20th!
