Caregiver Support Group In-Person
Join us on Saturday, October 15th for the third meeting of our new Caregiver Support Group! This group is geared towards community members who are primary caregivers for loved ones and offers people a safe, supportive environment to discuss the challenges associated with caregiving.
Possible topics of discussion include food resources, transportation options, friendly visitor programs, caring for pets, caring for yourself, how to talk to your loved one’s medical team, and how to cope with aggressive or out-of-control behavior.
We had great discussions at our first two meetings, and expect an even better discussion on October 15th!
