Nutrition and Fad Diets In-Person

This interactive presentation dives into the topic of diets, how diets affect us mentally and physically, and how ditching diets leads to making peace with food and our bodies. We will touch on some of the popular diets that are the hot topic now and examine what the research says about our weight, nutrition and improving health. Bring any questions you may have!
