What is yoga? What does it have to do with happiness? How can we use concrete techniques to bring more happiness to our lives? Explore these topics and more through simple techniques you can do at home or at your office desk.

All activities will be done sitting on a chair or standing. No floor exercises.

Our presenter Richa Bhatnagar has facilitated happiness programs focusing on breathing, meditation and yoga across the United States since 2009. Inspired by the practical benefits of breath and meditation during her early teen years, she found her calling through the Art of Living Foundation. After Hurricane Katrina Richa led stress management, leadership, and trauma-relief workshops in the affected parts of New Orleans.
