HICAP Presents: Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans for 2019 In-Person

MEDICARE Enrollment Period is here! From October 15 through Dec. 7, beneficiaries may switch Medicare plans to lower co-pays, get a better deal on prescriptions or simply find a plan that works better for them. Beneficiaries satisfied with their current plan would be wise to take this time to check if the costs or coverage are changing. HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) of San Mateo County volunteer state-registered counselor and community educator Aileen Fisher will explain the importance of the period and how HICAP of SMC, the Medicare counseling program, can help beneficiaries save.
