Mindfulness Series: Clarity and Choice in Your Everyday Life In-Person
This November Aiko Michot will be focusing on how to apply and integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.
Each week will include a series of activities and guided meditations for participants to explore the physical, mental and emotional components that make up their own experience.
Participants are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions if possible.
- Nov 6th: How meditation strengthens the attention and leads to more choice
- Nov 13th: Bringing somatic and emotional awareness back online as a reliable source of wisdom
- Nov 20th: Using Mindful Communication techniques to foster more understanding and connection in our relationships

Aiko Michot is certified by Mindful Schools. Her background in neuro and cognitive science allows for the integration of a unique Mindfulness Program in a biology classroom, and has also worked with adults in introducing the foundations of Mindfulness in Faculty and Parent Meetings, as well as offering presentations to the San Mateo County Office.
