Ming Hsu Chen is Professor of Law and Faculty-Director of the Race, Immigration, Citizenship, and Equality Program at UC Hastings Law, San Francisco. She discusses her new book Pursuing Citizenship in the Enforcement Era based on interviews with 100 immigrants trying to integrate into American society.
